Testing, and instrumentation a plus Skill Ability to ready mechanical and electrical drawings a plus; Experience in manufacturing process development for new product rollout; Background in production and manufacturing operations; Excellent team building and organization skills are required; Ability to establish, coordinate, and lead teams for problem solving. Language Fair in English Job Desc 1. Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes tooling, construction and processing parameters, optimization of the plastic injection molding department; 2. Serve as primary manufacturing representative to cross-functional teams involved with product Development, and product Introduction; 3. Assign work as new products are introduced during the Product Proposal phase. Monitor and analyze work assignment/projects for scheduling and ship dates; 4. Interact with Project Engineering teams in all locations; 5. Responsible for product manufacturability during the development phase. Debug and prepare product for manufacturing locally or abroad; 6. Evaluate product failure and pre-production and makes recommendations for changes to product design if required; 7. Summarize product startup issues found during new product introduction phase, including resolution of problem or issue buyoff and risk assessment; 8. Understand and clarify issues on drawings and manufacturing documents; 9. Coordinate and organize schedules for all phases leading from development into production.
