| Job Desc |
- Handle full set of accounts, maintains the general ledger and all related accounts with proper documentation and records of all company transactions;
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year end closing of the general ledger;
- Coordinate quarterly financial review and year end audit and preparation of schedules and documents for independent auditors;
- Manage, monitor and follow up for A/R and A/P;
- Keep track of Fix assets & Production inventory;
- Assist in annual budgeting;
- Prepare Tax report Art 21, 23, 25, 26, VAT and stay current with the developments in Tax system;
- Handle DO & Invoice & Tax Invoice;
- Perform evaluation of actual costs to standard costs;
- Perform inventory reconciliations and make necessary adjustments;
- Review variance analysis and its impact with operations;
- Perform monthly variance comparison to forecasting and actual budget. |
